We only accept bank wire transfers for all transactions. Bank-to-bank Zelle is also accepted within the United States. Due to the prevalence of online fraud in the watch space and the fact we're still starting out, we will not be processing orders via credit card at this time. 

Due to the nature of pre-owned watches, Caliber212 does not guarantee waterproofing and timekeeping unless specifically stated. However, at the time of purchase, watches are fully inspected to be in good working condition. 

All sales are final except in the case of material misrepresentation or authenticity concerns. If you believe your watch was not accurately described, contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all included accessories. Buyer is responsible for insured return shipping. Refunds are issued upon inspection and confirmation of returned condition.

Yes, but additional shipping and handling costs may apply for international shipments and vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for any incurred duties and taxes from international shipments.

We don't have a physical storefront now, but appointments can be made to view certain timepieces. Click here to email us preferred appt times.

1. I have contacts in the watch industry (corporate and retail) who can vouch for me as a result of my years in the industry. I'm also always happy to provide references.  
2. I am always willing to talk on the phone, meet up in person, or otherwise be as transparent as possible to set your mind at ease. I've been on the other end of this and know how scary it can be to purchase an expensive watch online.
3. I've retired from a good career in finance and marketing, so I'm doing this for the love of watches and to not make a quick buck.
